1. Program
Wellness First Urgent Care Appointment Messages is a text message program operated by NOURMDX LLC, doing business as Wellness First Urgent Care. It sends patients appointment confirmations and reminders, notices when an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, secure links to view or manage an appointment, and one-time verification codes used with those links. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. How you join
You join by checking the text message consent box on our patient intake form at our front desk and providing your mobile number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per appointment.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. How to opt out
Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, text START.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
